🥭 Moist Mango Cake 🥭

Hi everyone hope you guys are fine as you all know that mango season is here and I am a huge mango lover so here is the recipe of mango cake that you guys can bake at your home and enjoy with your family.

🥭For the sponge:🥭
Ingredients :
3 Eggs
1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
¾ Cup Oil
½ Cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 tsp baking powder
2 mangoes for garnishing
1 and a half cup Whipy Whip whipped and chilled.
Method:
Firstly, take eggs. Sugar and oil beat them with a beater until foamy. Then in a separate bowl sift flour, baking powder and then combine all the dry ingredients to the wet ones. With the help of spatula combine them all. Line your butter paper in the baking pan. Pre heat your pateela and bake your cake for 45 mins to 1 hour on low flame insert a stick if it comes out clean your cake is done. Let it completely cool on the cooling rack.
🥭For decoration:🥭
When the cake is completely cooled down put in on the cake turn table for easy decoration. Cut it into 3 different layers. Moisten each sponge with milk. Then with the help of angled icing spatula ice apply the whipy whip evenly, then spread the diced mangoes. Put another layer of vanilla sponge and repeat the steps above. When the cake is completely covered in delicious whipy whip use a design scraper for the sides. Decorate the top the way as shown in the picture. Chill your cake before serving.
