On November
17, 2015 Ricci Capricci Beauty Salon welcomed nutritionist, health promoter and
Nutritalks founder Hala Barghout over for a talk. Guests included some of Ricci
Capricci’s favorite online media editors and bloggers. The talk took place inside
Ricci Capricci’s cozy space where guests interacted with Hala and listened
intently to her advice on how to optimize hair, skin and nail health through
nutrition and hydration.
Hala’s
advice to guests involved healthy ways of eating in order to achieve fabulous
hair, glowing skin, and healthy nails. “Proper nutrition and diet are crucial
for human health but also for skin, hair and nail health.” said Hala. She
discussed specific foods containing antioxidants, minerals and vitamins that
are essential for skin, hair and nail growth. To conclude, Hala engaged in a
Q&A session where guests got to ask the Nutritalks founder questions and
expressed personal concerns while enjoying nutritious cold press juices and
some of Hala’s homemade healthy treats.

someone like Hala to the salon for advice and consultations. Hala is a great
nutritionist who also leads a healthy and fitness driven lifestyle, which is

for ways to achieving healthier hair, skin and nails. Our stylists offer advise
as well as organic hair products, however Hala’s input was crucial and provided
guests with more knowledge. Women are becoming a lot more curious about health
and nutrition so this talk was a great added benefit.”

Hala Barghout
Hala Barghout earned her B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the
American University of Beirut in 2005. She is a Dubai based registered clinical
dietitian who has been educating people about health and nutrition for almost 9
years; working towards reaching them through health centers, beauty centers,
corporations, and fitness centers. She has also given lectures to kids and
teenagers at fitness centers and various private schools in Dubai and Abu
Dhabi. In addition, she has also been on TV shows educating people through
media and taking part in weight loss challenges.
